Effect of Organic Farming on Quality and Nutritional Characteristics of Processing Tomato

The research was carried out to evaluate the effect of organic managenent on fresh and processed tomatoes (purea and pelati) in terms of yield and qualitative properties including proteome profile to identify possible stress response.

Studies on soil-related indicators of agrofood geographical origin. Geochemical data for trace elements, REE and n(87Sr)/n(86Sr) are examined, in combination with soil chemical and mineralogical properties, to identify ways of authenticating the origin of vegetables at different geographical scale level.
